Hosted by the Southwest Christian Volleyball Program

DIVSIONS:  Adult

REGISTRATION FEE: $100 PER TEAM
                $125 after July 24 if space is available

PRIZES:
     1st:  $500
     2nd:  $200
     Lower 1st: $100
(Prizes based on 15 teams - prize amounts will increase with additional teams)

FORMAT:

Co-ed 4's (two guys, two gals)
Grass Court
Pool play followed by single-elimination playoffs (upper and lower)

Include the following information:  
-Team Name
-Team Captain and names of other players on team
-Team Captain email and phone number

Team  captain will receive registration confirmation via email from tournament coordinator.  Payment will be collected the morning of the tournament.  Cash preferred: please make checks out to SW Christian Junior Volleyball.

**Registered teams will be posted on this page once registration is received.  Schedules will be emailed o team captains and posted on this page by Thursday, July 28.
